Hi Everyone just wanted to wish you all a sincere and awesome Merry Christmas. I wanted to encourage you to check out this website GiftRevolution.com. I hope it inspires you to want to change the world in 25 days!!!!
I found your blog looking for a gingerbread cupcake recipe and I LOVE your cakes! They're so cute!!
I run a little (veryyyy little) cupcake business from home just to get a little extra money to put me through my poor student years, and your blog made me realize how much more I could do with cupcakes :)
Hi, This is entirely off-topic but I am a little desperate and wonder if you can help. I'm in Australia and can't get a hold of anyone at Wilton this weekend (time difference and all). Do you know whether you can still bake in the Wilton nut and party cups? The first batch of them I bought in Melbourne, Australia seemed to be suitable as they were wax-coated and when I used them, they were fine. I just bought another batch and the interior coating is now all shiny and glossy making me paranoid that they will 'melt' when heated. Do you know if they have just devised a better interior coating and they can still be used for cupcake baking? I need to know as I'm baking 100 cupcakes for my brother's wedding on 28 December (limoncello cupcakes with a limoncello frosting) and don't want to kill all the guests with poisonous plasticated cupcakes! Can anyone help? Cheers, Nadia

Those are so cute! I haven't seen that pan yet - it must have two parts for the 3D effect. I really like the chunky sugar too, so pretty.
