Vanilla Cupcakes with Starbucks Coffee Liqueur Buttercream Frosting for My PT Friends!!

Today was my last day of physical therapy for my "Lucky" knee replacement...2-1/2 months worth! I made these cupcakes for the ladies at the Shady Grove Center for Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation. They are the most awesome people and I recommend them highly...Pat, Lita, Jen, Karen, and Jan!

Then I took some of the cupcakes to work...ran in to Laura Scott and she got to finally taste one of CQ's cupcakes...the funny thing about that is that she was carrying a vente Starbucks at the time!

Have a great weekend...I'm heading to Williamsburg to visit my Mom and sister!

Cupcakes are so much fun to make, and so many varieties. I just ran across a recipe for beer cupcakes which I am sure my husband will beg me to make. Then I will have to make him so coffee in my keurig b60 coffee maker to help him recover!

Oh my God! You gave me an idea what food should I treat myself with. I deserve a treat since I had a successful diet program. I underwent lipo last year, and I'm too watchful about my diet because I wanted to maintain my body shape. Now, I'm looking forward to my nose job. Los Angeles is where I got this splendid lipo surgery, and now my friend referred me to her trusted rhinoplasty surgeon Los Angeles-based too.

Enjoy your trip.
Hope you are walking well and feeling great.

I'd love the recipe.

didn't know Starbucks did a liquer - but Starbucks Vie instant coffee sachets make the most wonderful frosting (especially added to chocolate frosting)
