over here in bangkok i can't see "sugar rush" but i sure wish i could! cakelove opened after i moved away from dc, so i've never tasted their baked goods. however, they LOOK amazing! i wonder if this warren brown is related to the washington post's automotive reporter of the same name -- his son, brother or nephew, perhaps?

I watched Sugar Rush. I loved the segments, but think Warren needs work on his tv persona. He came off a little stiff.

Watched Sugar Rush the show needs a little help. Warren needs more oomph, voice is too monotone, almost put me to sleep the middle of the show.

  5. Warren was stilted at best in his presentation; and the hype of the show was that he would go to the best of the best and show how they pull off their amazing desserts and still make them look easy. I was disappointed by the first show, and the venues chosen, I hope it was just first night jitters. There definitely is room for improvement.

I like Warren a lot. And I thought the dude from B'more was a hoot. But I hope they'll do more recipes that regular folks (like me) would like to make--like the stuff Warren sells in his shop.

I too was disappointed in the show, I was all set to learn something new that I could dazzle my friend and family with.
I loved the champagne bottle, eat a cake that fireworks were shot out of, I don't think so.
    Lots of room for improvement!!!!
