Just the standard pancake batter recipe poured into cupcake tins? Or did you modify it at all to make it cake-ier?
ReplyDeleteHow clever! What was the texture like?
ReplyDeleteI'm really curious on how these turned out.... Please describe!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! This is super creative!
ReplyDeletesuper creative! can't imagine eating cupcakes for breakfast but i'm sure it's not the most outrageous thing ever. lovely!
ReplyDeleteI used the pancake recipe on the back of the Bisquick box for pancakes...I added 1/4 cup of maple syrup so make it a bit sweeter and also added cooked bacon bits. Baked them at 350 degrees for about 13 minutes.
ReplyDeleteThe texture is a little heavier than a pancake...I made maple frosting by making vanilla frosting and adding maple flavoring. I topped the cupcakes with more of the bacon bits. These were a great hit at work today.
that is AWESOME!! I LOVE IT!!.. I wonder how it would turn out with fruit in it.. or chocolate chips. I love pancakes!
