There was much demand for dessert after dinner last night...all I could find was a brownie box mix. I thought I'd see how they would turn out as cupcakes...they actually worked really well, especially with vanilla ice cream!

I've done this a few times for bake sales and it's also great at picnicks!
ReplyDeleteMy daughter asked for these last Sunday - it was her birthday. I used a foil liners in a mini cupcake pan, and put multi-colored sprinkles all over the top. Yum!
